How can you actually get mad at the community reps... they've done pretty good keeping up and responding to the community in general so far.
Ultimately the only real thing a rep response can give you is temporary appeasement and happiness, which is nothing a little emotional eating can't accomplish.
Their job is to pass on our concerns to their company, not filter it. That said, if we aren't getting any responses in return on the matter, it just tells us that there aren't any actions on the company's part being taken to resolve the issue.How can you actually get mad at the community reps... they've done pretty good keeping up and responding to the community in general so far.

Sometimes I wonder about the argument that "corporations are people, they should get the same rights", when problems like these come up.Here is a response. In the context of ClickandBuy: Do you want to deal with problems with ClickandBuy when you're supposed to be enjoying the game when subscriptions are active, or would you rather resolve these problems before subscriptions go active?

was too hard to understand. They know it's an issue. Making MORE threads doesn't help. Hijacking unrelated threads on top of that just makes you look like children. It's not about being shortsighted. It's about having patience, especially for the XIV players who *aren't* playing XI as well. For those that are: threads about this on the XI forums are over here.We'll continue to update all the users best we can as we discuss the subject internally. We really do appreciate your patience and know that you are waiting eagerly for further replies.
