Hair Highlights - please can we select which section of hair is the 'dominant color'?

With hair highlighting, it'd be really sweet to be able to make the highlights more pronounced over the base-color (or in general).

Even it's just a "low/high" setting like with face-paints. So we could choose between legit highlights or lowlights.

If you want your highlights colour more prominent, make it your main colour and use your previous main colour as highlights. Problem solved

That doesn't solve the problem. I think you misunderstand :/. Switching the colors doesn't allow you the freedom I'm proposing with highlighting.

In their defense, the title of your thread and the contents of it seem to be asking for two different things.

That said, I can see why a low/high setting would be handy, but can't you achieve the same results now by changing the highlight color to a brighter or darker tone of the same color?

I would also like to see different patterns and options for highlights like hair tips, hair roots, bangs /fringe, etc. Only having one highlight option is too limiting.

Hmm... I thought they sounded pretty synonymous. How should I reword the OP for clarity?

I get what you're saying OP! It would be nice, I agree! I know I would have liked my pink dyed bangs to come out darker. When using black hair, they came out way more noticeable than when using blonde hair.

^thanks Korilynn! That'd be awesome... it would create so many distinct looks, this would be huge & simple to implement I imagine.
