Aetherial Manipuation can immobilize character during Shiva

Steps:
1. While fighting Shiva, she cast permafrost, I moved my character and began to slide uncontrollably, as expected
2. During the slide, I cast Aetherial Manipulation on a party member, I proceeded to move towards the character, as expected.
3. From this point on, I was completely unable to move my character using standard methods of movement. However, I was able to move by suffering knockback from Heavenly Strike, and also by using Aetherial Manipulation, and I was also able to cast spells completely unhindered.

Notes:
- Dying and then being revived allowed me to move again.
- However, if I don't die and revive, then after the duty finishes, I'll STILL be unable to move, I was only able to get out by casting Aetherial Manipulation on someone near the exit portal and using it to zone out (menu command to leave the duty probably would have worked as well).
- Aetherial Manipulation was bound to a mouseover macro where I mouseover a target on either the party frame or on the main screen and cast it to move towards them.
