I think it would be a good idea to post some information about how work on the servers and engine is going, not in depth technical info but general information because alot of people have seen that the engine is not optimised for PC, and it could possibly affect sales of future games using crystal tools, however if we can get information it could stimulate people to come back because no matter how good the game mechanics get if the engine is poorly optimised the game will never be a success.

Hashimoto is actually the lead developer for the luminous engine.

So hopefully they can make magic happen with his aid.

The server improvements are linked to the development of so many server-based features that it'd be nice to get some general info on it for the time being.

I'd like to hear some news of this as well. We're frequently hit with "Core programming issue" and "Server issues" as what's stymieing game development (especially in the user friendliness department).

What's the status of the game's backend? How much work has been done? How much still needs to be done?

According to some bug reports it even seems to have gotten worse (stuttering in towns, crashes, etc.). So I'm also wondering what they are planning and what has already been done. I hope they don't make the mistake to cut the PC version so it looks and feels the same as the PS3 version :/
