Sugarloaf Glasses standalone item?

The hardsilver magnifiers look like this:


Note how there is a bigger lens around the magnifiers, as well as an earpiece.

I updated the original post with screenshots of the glasses I am requesting, there are no glasses in game that look like them alone.
