Does this mean our Chocobos will have to earn their cutie marks?

For those concerned about not getting to use points in 1.19, please note that we'll be getting a temporary system for 1.19 where our point upon lvl up are automatically allocated per class (so your mage won't suck if you normally play melee), and in 1.20 we can do a reassign and set them however we want.![]()
So much changes in the end of September (unless it's delayed but still)? Very nice. I can wait for that :P
Seems like he's lurking the forums. Or signatures at least. Or he's a fan of the show."My Little Chocobo system", oh you.

some cool stuff for sure...but this game wont feel complete to me until stuff like:
(mainly) world re-design
job system
personal housing
mail system
better server side/less stress on PCs
Solid party system like the one someone made up
making the Wards as effective and convient as an AH
after those are done, il even consider buying the game again on ps3 just for the sake of supporting what changes they did to make the game a true successor to FFXI.

I agree with Zanfire, but I'd say that all of that patch is window dressing (except for chain bonus) without a functioning LFP / LFG system.

To the 12: Please give us an AH !!!
I'd also like to see DPS and stats for all members of a party and totals.
They failed to get skillchains right because someone thought that it should be changed to Battle Regimen. Nice move >.< It will be nice to see it finally fixed. No rush.

This is basically how I feel, I quit after the first month of the game. Just came back a couple weeks ago and while there have been some really nice improvements these are the same things I'm really hoping for and have heard little or nothing about unfortunately.some cool stuff for sure...but this game wont feel complete to me until stuff like:

Specifically AH/Mail/Mog house, two of these were left out due to them wanting to crack down on RMT well I think we can all agree that I'd rather deal with some RMT issues then a under populated dying game. I'd settle for a improved Wards but why isnt even that on their to do list.
World redesign is a big thing for me that bugs me the copy pasted look and long winding paths in cities or in the shroud are annoying, the dungeon/caves all look the same. Where are the areas like Castle O or Gehlsba Outpost? Sorry but the Nanawa Mines and Cellars place just doesn't cut it!
Also the party search feature needs improving asap I'd love to see the one that someone had posted about being able to seek with different jobs it just makes too much sense and is something I always wanted in XI at the least it needs improving from what it currently is.
Still happy to see some positive changes coming dont get me wrong I've waited this long but it also shows how far this game still has to go theres plenty of potential there though.
