Man this patch sounds awesome. So much content, really hope it makes the end of September date! Seems like Yoshi and the gang are going to be able to start turning out patches every 1 1/2- 2 months. My guess is PS3 release date of March 2012, and we will have an amazing game by then for new people to play and all the old folks to come back.

I notice the different size of the 3 chocobo, it seem the chocobo is scale depend on the race , wouldnt it better if Hyur, miqote and lalafel share the same size of chocobo (size of hyur), Elezen and Roegadyn share the same size (larger chocobo because they are taler than the other 3) ? or maybe same size with all race ? it ll look silly with different mount size and the little one is cuter and have same speed as the large one, my opinion


And 1 addiction note in the letter:



it wound like it will be a reward and you re force to play a combat class to beable to get personal chocobo

note: I use word "force" in here because I plan to play crafter and skift combat but it seem not to be possible anymore, but I hope SE will add crafter quest into grand companies soon

They already said in an interview that they're planning on getting crafting and gathering-related content into companies eventually.

Man this patch is going to be exciting. Caravan escorts? You guys WERE listening to my suggestions since the beginning of this year!

Glad I fixed my patching problem cause if I didn't i wouldn't be seeing 1.19 until early/mid December! :P

To be fair most of the stuff slated for 1.20 in the past was combined into 1.19 so you get what you was promised for the most part. With a patch this size coming 2 months or so after a patch like 1.18 and 1.18a I'd say Yoshi-P is doing a fine job of cracking that whip.
