Waiting for my E-mail

I bought the game over 24 hours ago and all there was for me to confirm was a message telling me that I was going to be informed of the results SOON and a payment made on my account. There has been NO information about the state of my purchase nor has there been a registration code. Thank GOD I downloaded the free trial first so I could post on the forum (who needs tickets that you can't even find right?) I've sent a ticket a few hours ago and received no response so far. Basically, I've been feeling a bit ripped off and angry at the moment. Is there anyone I can talk to about my situation because after HOURS of searching I can only find people who have been in my exact situation. (Should I really need to even be looking for a solution?) Can anyone help me?

I thought i did not get one as well when i bought my copy a couple days ago, but check again, especially in the spam folder, i found a link in a Square Enix Email that sent me to a page with my Registration code.
