I am looking for an ilvl 115 caster at least and more is preferred, to replace our static caster.

We are raiding around 3 days a week to get T13 down but usual is only 2 days a week.

You need to have T10-12 kill exp and know what you are doing in T13. Its a tight dps check so your dps must be high.
