    Positive feedback amidst all the chaos

    I was recently assisted by a rep named Gm Caedramir regarding a negative experience. I must say that I was first surprised at how prompt I was responded to. That was awesome. And then to say that he was courteous wouldnt be enough. He went above and beyond my expectations regarding my issue and its resolution, as well as looking into another problem i am having. Kudos Caedramir for being my gold star rep. And thanks for helping with what you can

    Yea, GMs all seem very nice. I'm sure their job may sound fun but has to be a headache. I can only imagine that they go home in hopes of not seeing a PC or game console and when they do they scream in horror and go hide and cry.
    We should have a GM appreciative event in game and just go around wine bottling and /hugging them all week!

    They actually all play the game, I think a GM by the name of Rorithorn or something similar told me when I asked that all the GMs have avatars of their own and they do play along side us. You never know if that person in the dungeon with you is a GM, O_O <_< >_>
