Finally got through T5. Time to learn T6?

You're extremely far behind. You either make a full group of people willing to learn it the way you want to or you're going to have to suck it up and watch a video. It's new to you but for many people this is 7+ month old content. You're actively dragging people down by jumping into PF expecting to learn it on the fly. That's extremely disrespectful to the people who you are joined with. You have zero respect for them or their time when you play like this.

Not every FFXIV player reads the forums, or even knows that there are videos you can watch online.

There is a video for everything online and every game I can think of has websites, forums, and online tools. If people aren't looking for the resources it isn't because they don't know they exist. It's because they never even tried. People need to have more personal responsibility for their own growth, and when people like you make excuses for them it doesn't fix anything.
