looking for Apartment in the mist

FYI, my friend has a medium house in the mist and I was wondering when I can buy a room in his house. I mean we used to be in the same FC and I craft a lot of things for his house but I can use anything in his house. I mean people could charge rent, like 450k for a room in a private room and then 150k an in-game year

PS since I my FC only have 4 rooms open can we be allowed to buy more Room at the cost of other people rooms and then sell them or gift other people rooms.

I don't want to see this myself, mainly because rich people would just buy all the houses in order to rent them out, especially since people would essentially set their own prices. I can already see the amount of people in PF trying to rent their houses out and it disgusts me a little.

Additionally, how would you kick somebody out for not paying rent? If there was an option to do so what would prevent players from simply taking the money and then booting them as some type of scam? I just don't want to see dev time wasted (my opinion) on crap like this.

it does have it flaws, but 1 they would have to be friends and 2 everything they place in their must be give back, and they can be pre-build by, land lord
