    "Heroes of the 2nd" FATE not spawning.

    Heya!

    I have been waiting for the "Heroes of the 2nd" FATE to spawn for almost three hours now while I have seen many other FATEs repeat 5-6 times.

    It only just now spawned after all of that waiting. Is there's something wrong with the spawn priority of these FATEs?

    I agree that some of the spawn priorties are out of whack since they are required for books forcing me to wait long times when there are better things to be done some others that take awhile are Seps , Taste of Fear , etc
