I would actually like to have 20% Echo though, makes farming faster~

In all honesty i have noticed that the difficultly with not being in a static is not just dps checks, dodging and knowing where to but its about teamwork. You can be the baddest mother on the field but you alone cannot beat a single turn. You have to know the person next to you and what they need to do and if they screw up how you can cover them while they pick themselves back up. In fact you need to know everyones roll and how they will react, and how your entire team moves as one.
This is what being in a static is about, and this is also why you get into some pugs and people who have been running these fights for awhile move with purpose as if the person next to them is someone they have ran with for tons of fights. 8 years in the Navy taught me this trait because it works the same way there, you need to know what the guy above you and below you does so you can take over at any given time. Also not being in a static myself currently trying to clear t7 (trying to do them in order still even tho i can go in t9 already) has shown me this. Echo will buff the "helping people back up part" but in the end you need that "flow" if you are to ever beat scob and on.
"Try not. Do or do not. There is no try."

In all honesty I've pugged T9 so many times even to the 10 clear achievement with different groups.....
I've even pugged all the way to T12 ? I'm not even in a static and I'm on p3 of T13.....
So no Ill have do disagreeeee
Really? You most be really lucky then... If the groups I'm in get to P3 in T9, they are happy, even if we wiped 10 second into it....
EDIT: I do also disagree though... Cause at least for T9, if everyone just performed well on their jobs (decent DPS/HPS and a decent Tank), and payed attention to the mechanics (memorize them), then you could actually beat it relatively easy. But since that doesn't happen, you usually have to be in a static and use voicecom...

theres always gotta be the one person out there lol... im sure everyone here has dropped into a pug group and just meshed perfect and proceed to one shot what ever they are doing, even more so after you have cleared the fight several time as you pointed out (and its a good change that the majority of the folks have cleared as well) . It is not impossible, what you are tell me supports exactly what im saying because those people you grouped with understood this, they all knew how to move as one. or are you tell me it was a complete cluster F but you being as awesome as you are still cleared it because your just so awesome?

This right here... It's not about raiding on set times, being the best of the best etc... it's all about being willing to learn the fights and the people you are with on how they will react to things. Once you have that fights become much easier. It's about the team and how people fit together and not who does better than the rest.

I have a saying regarding most fights in this game. You don't clear a fight in this game based on your best player - you clear a fight based on your worst player. One critical mistake is often all it takes to nullify the effort of the other 7 players, in basically every fight assuming you're not overgearing it. Even comparably easy turns like 6 and 10 (6 before it was nerfed even further) could turn into something unrecoverable if one person doesn't know what's going on.

Increasing the echo may not be their first option when dealing with T9. They may choose to alter some of the mechanics similar to what they did with the previous turns prior to adjusting the echo.
