I'm thinking of organizing a player-run event to close-out the festival. I was wondering if there would be any interest in this? Here's what I'm thinking...

We designate a time and place (I'm thinking the stage is Gridania) and have as many participants that are interested take the stage and regale us with some impromptu poetry about Eorzea. To enter, contestants will have to donate one item, any item at all, from a dodo feather to Dodore's Doublet (yeah, right).

Poetry will be judged by the amount of /claps received from the spectators watching the event. Winner will take all of the items submitted by the contestants.

As for the time, I'm think the 30th, but not 100% sure yet. Wanted to gauge reaction and see if there was any sort of demand for it first. If we get a lot of people interested we might have to limit the amount of participants, but as far as I'm concerned, everyone is welcome to participate for now.

Anyways, let me know here or in game if you have interest, and I'll try and finalize some details if I get enough of a response.
