What is a good time to create character on cactaur

Read alot of good things of Cactaur and would like to join this server. As of right now a restriction is on character creation. I assume early am hours is a good choice to try?

Also is there a set time limit on restrictions or do they just cycle on a nd off through the 24 hour day?

Late at night is probably a good idea, or early mornings, but also watch for news updates and wait for a round of bans for RMT/illicit activity and then make one. Our server hovers around max capacity and the RMT fill up the last bit of the capacity I guess. I've heard about it a few times from a few different friends, tried messing with an alt character creation a few times, can confirm. Wait for a ban wave most likely. You see em every other week or so I think~ but keep trying in off-peak hours while you're at it!
