Don't know if you've already got your mind set on a server, but I just wanted to add my two cents. Gilgamesh is a good choice. Our PF is alive all around the clock(well...with the exception of maintenance and right after it ;D). I always see at least fifty people at the final coil entrance on reset day. We have some of the best endgame FCs. And we have Mr.Happy. I haven't watched his videos in a long time...but when I first started raiding I use to. If you like his videos or not, I think it's nice of him to put together guides to help others.
