It's mostly 15+ minutes of both players staring at each other with very little expression change and slow camera panning. I feel like I'm watching an episode of DBZ or a naruto exposition...without the exposition...

The cinematics definitly last less than 15 min each, the 2 hours length is mostly because there seem to be multiple phases where you can do whatever you want, have fun with the items, dance manderville, etc... between cinematics :
Play phase
Entering scene
Play phase
Eternal bond scene
Play phase
Exiting scene
Play phase ?

( it's not sure, it's just how it seemed to be after reading the explainations during the quest, I didn't do the ceremony yet )
So you can record a scene, stop it, record the play phase, stop it before the next scene to record the scene, etc...
