What am I looking at?

The highlighted text shows players that reserved at the time maintenance happens
Somewhere on every server, there's a group of players that will be angry at SE when maintenance hits on their ceremony date (Despite the fact that SE gave in-game and external warnings) about scheduling on the exact day and time(s) maintenance begins.

Players should read the fine print before making these decisions, so that they won't end up angry.

Edit: Thanks to a Reddit user, they have a screenshot showing that the maintenance times were posted BEFORE RESERVATIONS WENT UP and the previous screenshot I posted was after changes were made.

I'm sure they can reschedule the event so it's really no big deal. I mean it might be if they wanted that time but at least they can still get married without paying money again.

They had no way of knowing this when they reserved last Friday. That information is only up since today. But yeah, still sucks to be them.

Maintenance warnings were made before reservations even went live, and they were also posted in-game, even the NPC chaperone gives you a warning about maintenance times and reserving your ceremony at the same time maintenance happens.

This is ridiculous. I'm already camping East Shroud during that time and no time to check the news section. I only found out about this after reservations were made.
SE should do a better job at scheduling maintenance.

Despite all of what i'm seeing here (mainly scheduling complaints) I notice that most of you haven't even considered that there are outside factors that could stop ceremonies from happening outside of maintenance. System crashes, service failure, and emergency maintenance are just a few examples. Planning, informing players, and executing maintenance is a task in and of itself without throwing in random and often times unpredictable variables into the mix.

Oh yeah? I would like to know. Give me the link. Because as of Thursday Dec 11, this is the only information that we had back then.
They only admitted of the screw up after all the spots had been filled.
Even before 2.45, SE never made an official announcement of scheduled maintenance that will take place in two weeks. Most are usually rumors and speculation.

This was posted on the 12th, they could've avoided this considering that message was displayed ingame aswell.
