Yep, a watchful healer can make it much smoother to run. I am yet to see dps that doesn't focus the blue ogre so that's good.
All in all I think the dungeon is quite well designed.

Lucky you, when I started running this I used to chase the ogre as a tank before realizing how bad that can be for people to not know where the giant orange triangle is going to be. I can't count the number of times a dps would go from 20% to 75% of my threat before the ogre died.
Now I stick on the yeti so it doesn't move but it still seems like unless the ogre spawns directly under the yeti melee dps completely ignore it.
