    Chocobo Rank Cap 17+

    Has anyone had any luck unlocking rank 17+? I'm getting a message that a Thavnairain Onion will not raise my cap now. Is this a bug or some undiscovered quest...

    Did your Chocobo cap due to a stable feeding? If so you have to take it out for one battle before you can use an onion. For some reason the capping only counts if it's in battle.

    Speaking of Chocobos. If I get him to rank 10 as a DPS then reset his points twice to make him a tank and healer, would I get all 3 Choco Armors?

    No. You need two classes at 10 to get a second barding, and all 3 to get a third.

    To be specfic, you have to level to 16 to get enough points to cap a second tree to get the second barding and to 20 to cap the thrid tree to get the last one.

    Didn't they make it so that you can get him to 11 then reset and level up and then reste and level up again and you should be able to get all 3?

    Atleast I recall something along those linse being mentioned on the forums at one point.
