This is going to be a pain, NicoNico only stream. Why we could not atleast have twitch??

NicoNico declined my card so I can't watch the stream unless I call my credit card company which is a major hassle. I imagine many will have this issue since their payment site is in Japan and A lot of NA credit card companies will auto-decline because of that.

Japanese had to deal with Twitch to see the broadcast in Vegas and London, we can deal with NicoNico to deal with the one that takes place in Japan. They're just using the preferred streaming methods of wherever the Fan Fest is being held.

Also, picking up a phone and calling your credit card company isn't a "pain" or "hassle"... that's a little over-dramatic, lol. And you should be grateful that they did decline it since they probably detected it as a possible fraudulent purchase since it is for something outside of your typical buying area/habits (NA billing comes out of El Segundo, CA, USA). A quick call and they'll put the purchase through and allow it.

If you want to watch the keynote (the presentation with the Heavenward information in it) and the primals concert, then yes, you will need to pay. Otherwise you can watch everything else, through the free niconico stream. However, if the stream becomes too congested, paid users will have priority and free users may not be able to see the stream.

They didn't really have to "deal" with anything. You don't need to sign up (or do anything at all) to watch a broadcast on Twitch.

Not only do you have to create an account for NicoNico, the stream will start kicking out free users once the viewer number reaches a certain point.
