    Cash Shop?

    Okay, I'm very new to the game. . .so forgive my ignorance.

    I have been reading a lot of threads on the forums regarding the cash shop. Where is this cash shop everybody is speaking of?

    Is it in game or can I get to it from "The Lodestone?"
