Duty Finder not working as intended

Gradually the past few days this has gotten worse.
Tonight, its to the point where average wait time no longer populates, even after 5 minutes of waiting.
For the past 4-5 days, especially when in residential areas, and except for frontline pvp que, it will start queing me up, sometimes it will add members slowly then stop, other times it will instantly just lock and never add members. I'm not talking 5 10 minutes, more like 40 50, and this is with wait time avg's of 6-9 min.

Basically, it freezes me in the que. How can I be sure of this?
I withdraw and instantly reque and it ques in under 2 minutes (seriously, it ques right up usually)

Sometimes it freezes up the que again though, this has happened up to 5-6 times in a row before.
Another trigger for when this happens is when someone withdraws. Instead of putting me back with the same people, im in the DF alone 100% for hour or more. Not even another DPS shows up again and im forced to yet again, withdraw and re register where it finally lets me in a group within 5 10 minutes....

its not the normal "your a DPS" thing either, been playing since 1.0.
Something is very broken with DF lately.

I don't want to troll you or something.
But would you not think this forum would explode with complaints if it was a general problem with Dutyfinder and not something (bad luck most likely) on your side?
