Duty penalty without entering a duty

Queued for random duty, realized I had checked off a low level class I didn't want to go as. Turned down popup for que. Incurred penalty for abandoning a duty before I accepted a duty.

that popup was it for a ready to go dungeon? se did setup a withdraw penalty, due to people abusing that in CT/ST fishing for a 2/3 run, 3 withdraws in a day before ya start getting 30 min penalties

better read up on patch notes (2.4) before raging and blaming bad programming.

Exactly, but I would like to see the strike counter somewhere - if you don't know the feature it is really easy to misinterpret it as a bug.

Okay, this isn't a bug. I'm sorry, but like people have said - you really need to read the patch notes before raging about the programming lol. Obviously you must have missed another two duties earlier in the day, or withdrew a couple of times prior. You're allowed three withdrawals or misses with the duty finder before they lock you out for 30 minutes. I absolutely love the changes because we no longer have people spamming the duty finder button to try and get halfway through ST and other content. It was the most annoying thing in the game for me. Yeah, it sucks if you, yourself, keep missing dungeon runs because they take so long, but I think it's a very welcome addition to the idiots that made ST queues almost unbearable at one point.
