Time: every time I queue for The Sunken Temple of Qarn

Steps:
Every single time I queue for the Duty Roulette Expert, and Sunken Temple of Quarn HM pops up, as soon as the party gets to the point where we have to fight the Vicergente’s heads ( to BOTH the heads before the Sabotender Emperatriz), the game suddenly freezes.
I can’t land a single attack, I see my party members standing still, or moving and attacking really slowly.
As soon as the Left/Right hand is killed by the other party members, the game goes back to normal, but as soon as another Left/Right Hand spawns, the game freezes again.

I get to the point where the other party members are already in front of the Sabotender Emperatriz, but I am still seeing them figh the Vicergente’s head, that has ¾ hp.
I don’t understand if this is some kind of lag, or something else…
But I don’t have any lag problem anywhere else. I’m only having this issue during fight with these two monsters. The rest of the dungeon goes on without any problem.
I’m always getting kicked from the party because of that.
It’s getting frustrating, waiting half an hour for the duty roulette to start, and then getting kicked every time Qarn pops up.
