Did not get achievement award

I recently completed the achievement "Bump on a Log - Arcanist" and did not receive the Master Arcanist's ring. The GM's told met to post here, so I am. Any way I can get the ring?

You have to go talk to the dude in Old Gridania, by the waterfall, who keeps track of achievements. He'll give you the ring. Jonathas is the dude's name, if I remember right.
