Duty Finder is nonsense

Queueing for Syrcus Tower as PLD with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. 55 minutes later, I'm in a queue that hasn't changed for 20 minutes with 3 tanks, 15 DPS and only 1 healer, so I do the logical thing and change to healer, requeue, and rather than an almost instant load since the duty finder for Syrcus seemed short of healers, I'm now at 20 minutes and counting and party is nowhere near full.

This isn't the first time I've seen this either. A friend was queueing the other night for Crystal Tower and the raid was at 17/18 needing one tank, so i queued as a tank and rather than put me straight in to this party needing just one tank to start, I got an estimated wait of 30 minutes +.

The whole thing is nonsense.

I can understand that Duty Finder queues can be a little long, but are you positive you didn't accidentally check a different language in the Duty Finder menu? When my friends need someone to queue up for something we get matched almost instantly. If the problem is not your language setting mixed up, then I don't know what the issue could be.
