Where are the moderators...? Oh wait, that's right. This thread is mocking the opinions of the people against the cash shop, so it doesn't matter.Posting that constitutes discrimination against another forum member or group (also including forming groups for the purpose of discrimination), insults, slander, libel, harassment of a group or individual.
Posting aimed to create a negative impact on the community or its members.
But don't you dare to post anything constructive against the cash shop, because if someone finds a small part of it offensive, even if it wasn't aimed to be (or it actually isn't for normal people) and even if you explain it countless times, you get banned.
Maybe someday you all will learn to respect other people's opinions, even when they differ from your own. Not that I have much hope of that happening at all.

Personally, I would love for everyone's opinion to be respected. Fact is lately those supporting the Mogstation options are constantly bashed, insulted and flamed. "Because Cash Shop SUX!". While both sides have a right to voice their stance, tearing others apart because of stupid reasons is not ok.Where are the moderators...? Oh wait, that's right. Case in point, I made a topic looking for positive things we could do with the Cash Shop in Mogstation only to have people come into the thread to insult me.

To be honest, I've not been bothered to check all the threads after I was able to use the forums again, but it wasn't that way before I was banned (no, I didn't insult anyone, quite the opposite, as my thread was aiming to unite people and had quite "some" likes before it got deleted...). However, I keep seeing threads started with the only purpose of mocking or provoking the anti-cash shop playerbase, and they don't even get removed (one of them has been there for a whole week).Personally, I would love for everyone's opinion to be respected. Maybe now the only ones that still lurk the forums aren't the ones that defended their stance with a proper reasoning, because we don't bother anymore. Perhaps that's why you were greeted with a more aggresive response (or maybe people are tired already of some other replies and are on the defensive). I don't know, because I can't see the insults that you mention :/ (maybe your thread got moderated).

I've seen 2, maybe three mocking anti-cash shop topics. there is at least 20 topics and many more derailed by those anti-cash shoppists attacking others. I think the blame here is being levied too hard on one side based on minimal incite. I'm not saying they are right or wrong. Just that it's very much one side over the other.
yes my thread (thankfully) got moderated. But it doesn't change that it was derailed 3 posts in despite asking not to.
Exactly what he said. Anti cash-shop players open multiple whining/complain threads are now complaining about pro cash-shop players creating threads?I've seen 2, maybe three mocking anti-cash shop topics. there is at least 20 topics and many more derailed by those anti-cash shoppists attacking others. I've said it many times. These anti cash-shop players are entitled.

From what I see, both sides open up a lot of threads. (There may only be 2-3 satire threads you can think of, but there were also serious threads about keeping the cash shop made by pro-cash shop people. They've made quite a few threads as well.).I've seen 2, maybe three mocking anti-cash shop topics. there is at least 20 topics and many more derailed by those anti-cash shoppists attacking others. Same for the bashing. I see it happen very quickly from both sides. Anti-cash shop call supporters sheep (among other things..), pro-cash shop call anti-supporters entitled (among other things...). Both sides also have people who reply without reading, just spewing their opinion without actually checking if it has to do with the topic at hand.
Civility, sadly, is not to be found in forums.

People do realize that there are areas of thought on how to abuse the psychology of the consumer to persuade them they "need" to buy optional things.. right?
Certainty it sounds funny but the effect is "semi"*-real. It's also a very effective.
*Not everyone behaves the same way, per perspective to oneself it could be false- but generally it is worth knowing how someone thinks and you can take that and abuse it to a great distance (to make optional not appear optional).

Sorry, just reading this old post I made.
Now that the dust has settled, do people still complain about the Cash Shop these days or have people embraced it?
