There's no viable reason that players should be waiting this long for a single encounter. Time sinks of this magnitude are not beneficial and serve no greater purpose.

The FATE timers need to be on the same timers as the rest of the FATES in a specified area. There is no significant reason why this hasn't been done or why these 'super special rare' FATES cannot be added to a territory's standard rotation. If Svara can spawn commonly, so can the rest of these book required FATES. They seem to be long 'rare spawns' just for the sheer sake of being 'rare' and nothing else. There's no reward/achievement for defeating these 'rare' FATES; just a pat on the back for your patience.

Not all of us have that patience. It's completely ridiculous with a rather obvious fix that seems to be continually overlooked-- and with this many complaints on the forum about the spawn time issues, that overlook may well be deliberate.
