Infuriated with the Fate spawns

Edit: Been waiting for "Heroes of the 2nd" for 5 hours

I am currently having that same pleasure you are experiencing. While I cannot play the game for more than about 3 hrs at a time, thus, I cannot just camp the fate. I have been waiting for this fate for the last 3 days. To pass the time I have done Amalj'aa beast tribe quests; leveling alt characters in the area; defeating other fates to "supposedly" increase the potential of this fate to spawn.

I was lucky for all except 1 fate in the south shroud (Enmity of my Enemy).

Minor correction, East Shroud is where that fate spawns.
