Item missing at the NPC selling Favors for Eternal Bonding ceremony

First time posting hope this will be done right. I encountered the issue with the NPC that sells the items magicked prisms (balloon, petals, bubbles): me and my partner both purchassed the Platinum plan and have conducted the quest all the way to the ceremony reservation. The problem is that our plan says we should have an extra item in the list compared to the gold plan: magicked prism (heart) but even if we proceeded as far as we can in the quest and checked the NPC both multiple times she is still not selling them. Is this a bug, am I just mising something?

Thank you very much that answers my question and sadly comfirms my disapointment that it was in fact missleading information from the website. Thanks for leading me to the information, i'm not good with forums :P
