Currently working to get WHM Novus. I'm on Atma book 4 (regret doing BRD weapon). I plan to cap Piety, then I'll do Determination until I can't apply any more Tier 3 Materia for it (I have a bunch), then Spell speed the rest of the way.

I used to roll 31 DET/44 SS, but the lack of mp was felt.

33 PIE/31 DET/11 SS is what I use now.

I personally dislike crit on WHM,
it never pops so I try to shave as much crit as I can for the other 3 stats,
especially DET (1 DET is about 0.33 MIND, And mind is a must) if I have over 5k mp, (which is roughly 430 piety)

Full accuracy/spell speed
because it is the only accuracy weapon in the game for us, and because spell speed will eventually (if it hasn't already) overtake det in DPS.

You can always use the bought or t13 drop 130/135 weapon for healer stats.

You can also beat t13 with an i110 weapon easily (from the whm perspective), and with 0 piety on any gear, so what you pick really doesn't matter currently. I choose to plan for all possible futures instead.

Also crit is terrible for whm please just stop suggesting it.

This only ever becomes a consideration when you can chain your DPS spells for extended periods of time, which doesn't really happen except for content that is already faceroll and with very minimal healing requirements.

For more realistic DPS in end game content, DET would be the superior choice since you'll get the benefit regardless of whether you are chaining Stone IIs or squeezing in Aero II/Aero between tank busters.

BTW, with the above stats (33 PIE / 31 DET / 11 SS (or ACC)), does it hit the Thresholds for Scaling (Upgrades)?

(Because if you have a Stat that is too low, you won't get any Bonuses when it upgrades to the next Relic phase.)

Also, does that +11 Accuracy really help? Because WHM is so far behind the Accuracy Cap for Final Coil that the +11 Accuracy doesn't really get us anywhere close to the line, right?

Yeah it meets the threshold. My Nirvana Zeta has an upgrade 40 PIE, 38 DET and 13 SS

I ended up using 33 PIE/31 DET/11 SS, cost me 3.something million gills. 3.8m maybe. now i am poor.... Was confused which one to dump SS or Acc, rolled a dice then I decide to put the rest as SS.

Anyone tried 33 PIE / 42 SS, how is it?
