Delivery Moogle missing?

My gf is having an issue, and I don't see an answer here. The delivery moogle for the new quests with 2.45... isn't there. In Limsa, where he always is. She's completed all the delivery quests up to this point, but can't find him. He's there on my screen - and I had no trouble.

The only thing that I can think of is, she has a LOT of small quests unfinished all over the world - though she's level 50, up to date with the main scenario, does all the new dungeons, etc. etc.

Does anyone know if there's some kind of prerequisite (other than being carrier level 15) that might be involved? We're both stumped.

if you look up the last moogle quest name in your completed quest log and enter it in Google, you may find the next one you need to unlock. that is the only idea i have for you. if she didn't do the mole sidequest (forgot what level carrier quest that is) she may not t have the next one. hope this helps.

I had this problem and it was due to a side quest I hadn't done being a prerequisite for a delivery quest.

What I did was to compare this list to the completed ones in my journal and track back the prerequisites to see what was missing.

If she's got lots of little sidequests unfinished, then that's her problem. Some of the moogle delivery quests require that you do some of the sidequests first, since they deal with those characters and storylines.

Have her go to Central Shroud, Sorrel Haven. Speak to the NPC Marcette and complete any quests available. After completing "Thwack-a-Mole" return to Limsa and check near Bulwark Hall.
