I don't want anyone having to struggle. I can tell you in advance that if you really mean to be friends that is something really nice, but if the person you are making friends don't give you a concrete answer after the second week, you need to step up and get an answer ASAP otherwise it might end up in something good or bad.

UPDATE: Finally asked him. Said he'd have to think about it because he's afraid of getting too attached. This is understandable and I respect his honesty.

People usually make alts to meet the person already on the list. You don't need to make another application/form. Just go and meet the person you are interested.

Thanks, although the alt (or alts, I have a lot of character ideas) is more for my sake than to meet anyone.
