It depends. If they didnt mention anything, I would say you should give it a try. Sometimes they stopped looking cuz they didnt find anyone or their character's race was not popular but would be interested to EB, yet.

Mauthegrl sorry. From your previous posts in this thread it appears as if you're after a girlfriend and I'm not looking for a romantic partner. I'm UK based and do not do LDRs. I am simply looking for a friend who regularly plays on Jenova that I can EB with / teleport to and hangout with.
