like many other people have previously stated, it’s better to actually approach people within your server or your fc mates and branch out from there.

Exactly, in fact anyone who comes on here and puts "No" for the question are you willing to change servers, you are pretty much wasting your time here and would be better served just branching out in your own server and taking a risk and talking to people. I mean it should be clear that if no one is willing to transfer then that leaves your pool pretty empty.

Well sure, though I suppose for some it might be the money thing, I mean I'm sure not everyone wants to fork out to transfer, especially if it doesn't end up working out after all. Or they simply cannot afford it?

Everyone's situation is different, like yourself you stated previously your a leader of a FC so your not looking to move which makes your pool pretty empty lol.

Well I think that's a pessimistic way to go about it actually o_o it depends on your server's population, really, and not everyone who looks at this thread posts. I mean I see where you're coming from considering you're in Midgard - I come from there originally and it was kinda dead LOL.. but I've met lots of Hyperion (5? more?) people from the thread and I'm sure people from, say, Balmung and Cactuar could say the same. You're not gonna get along with everyone but what I'm trying to get at is, not being up for transfer isn't an automatic Better Luck Next Time, Kid.

What kind of gamer are you: I like to think I'm somewhere in the casual to midcore sense, but people have claimed me to be hardcore.

Character Race: Au Ra, I want to change but I'm on the fence.
Preferred Race: Please no male Roes/Highlanders. Anything else is fine, bonus points for girl characters, girls are cool.
Main class?: PLD, I'm actually an Omnitank. I also play DRG as my main dps.
Dislikes: Rude and ignorant people. There are other things here and there, but I'm mostly ok with everything.
Goals for the game: Finish the game obviously. I'm hoping to complete all my levels on each job, as well as continue to make money and secure a home for myself.
Goals for the marriage union: Having someone to spend to talk to on discord and maybe hangout often in game. I also hope the person I meet is completely ok in interacting and maybe joining my little group I got with me in this server, no pressure otherwise.
Etc: I'm a college student, sometimes I may be gone, sometimes I'll be on a lot. It varies with how my schedule works out as well as my irl friends inviting me to things,etc. Conversations with me are also going to be very slow or awkward, or both. I've gotten better at it over the years, but I probably will still fail at maintaining a consistent interest towards me. I hope whoever adds me will understand and be okay with that. I hope it isn't too much to ask lol.
