Just saying, if this thread leads to love for others, this is my favorite thread ever. Would love to hear of some success stories.

My partner and I have been together for nine months after meeting in this thread, and things are only getting better by the day. I hate to be all mushy, but I'm incredibly happy I randomly decided to whip up a post in here one day when I was feeling bored and lonely. It worked out quite well.

Willing to transfer? I don't have any obligations on Lamia. That being said I won't just go off and transfer on a whim. I'd have to get to know the other person a bit first and establish if they we are both truly willing to commit to whatever it is we end up getting into so as to not waste money on my end. I also honor the opposite meaning I don't expect her to just transfer simply because I'm not willing to do so up front. I'm extremely reasonable .
Personal Interests: I enjoy anime and I am also into My Little Pony Friendship is magic. I also like chiptunes and I even dabble in creating my own, merely as a hobby.
Play schedule: Unemployed currently so very flexible schedule.

Do you care if the player in real life is not the same gender as their character?: After giving it some thought I can overlook this since it's being a bit rude on my part to assume that a woman would be accepting of me playing a female character but I'm not willing to accept her playing a male character, so if a woman enjoys playing a male character who am I to disagree .

Preferred Race: Hyur, Miq'ote, Au Ra. I'm still debating whether I'm willing to accept Roe females. No footballs one being the obvious size difference, 2 they look too much like children to me and it just comes off as... weird. I have nothing against them outside of that though.
Main class?: Lancer and Red Mage.
Dislikes: To be honest I have too many to list here, they are reasonable dislikes though so.
Goals for the game: To just enjoy the game as much as any solo gamer can without tying him/herself to a guild or in this case an FC.

I have never really played as much of this game as maybe I could have or wished to but never really got into it. Needless to say with the release of Stormblood I've found myself enthralled with this game. I've missed out on so much of it and frankly I will probably miss out on alot in the long run. It would be great to find someone who has alot of similar interests as I do, even better if they played this game. I play MMO's mainly for the atmosphere without being direclty involved with the atmosphere. As someone who's MMO'ed for a very long time it was always fun thinking about meeting my significant other while gaming. There were occasions I met awesome people but never like girlfriend/boyfriend or possible marriage. I suppose I can throw in my lot and see what happens. I'm a little embarrassed and truly not expecting much but here's to trying anyway :P

I honestly dont want to redo my character to male for someone that may or may not even happen for me. If I DO find a great woman and this proves a stumbling block I will address it then. Until then I have no desire to waste money phantasing my character to male, finding a name, finding a look when I'm already established as my lovely Jhaelit.
