What kind of gamer are you: Casual. I’m more interested in gathering and crafting. Raids/Dungeons are boring after the hundredth run. However, I will grind dungeons for... glamour gear, minions, triple triad cards, and currency when necessary.

I thought I might add this here as well seeing there seems to be heaps of people communicating via Discord. There is a large Discord server for FFXIV that was created by the Reddit community and is managed by Moderators from Reddit as well.

It has people from all servers on it as well, maybe you might find your special someone on there? maybe you won't? either way it will serve as a great channel for you to interact with other players from in and around your server and around the world.
