How much would be hour difference between MT and EST?Just a repost/update, still looking, please note, i'm not level 50 yet, only recently restarted in Lamia, should get there in a week or so.
Character Name: Charmin Ultrasoft <--look me up on character search if you want to see a pic
Server: Lamia
Personal Interests: Videogames, Anime, Learning new languages(I speak a little Japanese and Chinese), playing music (i'm fond of the piano), I have a lot of interests, but a master of none XD
Play schedule: MT 12pm-1pm, MT 9pm-10pm weekdays (kind of weird I know, but I don't have much time during the week, can only squeeze 2 hours in a day); off and on on weekends throughout (generally on a lot during weekend evenings 8pm MT and onwards)
is not an easy thing to get Archaell...some are materialist want to possess everything including someone then throw them away like tissues...others sincerely try but when they realize how demanding it can be find all sorts of reasons to stop...or do all they can for the other part to stop...many do it for the bond..even more just to have someone to play with....and in between you have those couples that made it....and last forever or for a long time....as long as you find what makes you happy is fine..wish people were considering that beyond pixels there are actually real people ..but yeah many do for the right reason...
I bond for the bond, I wanted someone who I could play the game with and role play being a married couple, it is hard to find. I am on my 3rd partner and hope this one lasts, so far it has been great.
I think the items are important, but also meaningless if you don't have a bond partner that you actually like to play with. Who would you carry around in that fancy chocobo and what'd the teleport feature be for? Personally, I'm a bit greedy and would like to do the bond for both the items and have a really good friend to enjoy the game with.
So far, I have seen a couple of successful ones, which are the marriage between friends. It is a mutual benefit for both people (items and a real friendship), and between people who are actually searching for a relationship (those rarely happen). I have seen a few people that rp ans/or erp with their eb partners here, but they end up divorcing because of several reasons.
Now that's devotion! ... to the Chocobo at least!
But hey, if a fancy Ceremony Chocobo will make someone happy, that's cool. It is a pretty cool mount.
sounds like divorce rates in game are as high as they are irl lol.So far, I have seen a couple of successful ones, which are the marriage between friends. That's exactly how I got eternal bonded and then eternally divorced. Too much flirting and way too many eRP sessions that it eventually escalated into the eternal bond. Then when it seemed like the things could have calmed down the girl decided to commence the divorce protocols because she found the amount of my attention unsatisfactory... it still lasted longer than the chocobo marriages so at least something ^^
The marriages between friends and RL partners are kinda exception because the bond is already there. When two random players decide to get eternal bonded - and I don't mean it like "hey, I just met you, but here let's bond", the bond has to have more benefits than drawbacks to have any chance of longer lasting relationship between the players.
The main reason why the Party Finder is not working for the harder content and so many groups disband after few wipes is caused by the players who ignore the comments.
Getting to the phase XYZ once does not mean you are ready to join parties to do XYZ.
Parties should spend most of the time doing the phase that is written in the comment not trying to get there.
