yeah, that's the one exception, I think. Sometimes you can get in right before maintenance starts or right after it ends. Though the window to get in doesn't stay open for long

Leviathan isnt that bad. It is open a couple of times a day. I made an au'ra last night to see how a new character creation looked in the opening cutscene.
