People usually make alts to meet the person already on the list. You don't need to make another application/form. Just go and meet the person you are interested.

I know there are other reasons why people make alts IF they already made one, but some people don't have any alts in the server that they are going so they are doing it to meet the person and check the server /sometimes/.

I don't want anyone having to struggle. I can tell you in advance that if you really mean to be friends that is something really nice, but if the person you are making friends don't give you a concrete answer after the second week, you need to step up and get an answer ASAP otherwise it might end up in something good or bad.
