I am, & I am not happy. He's the only character that can access the Heavensward content.

It's a bug, but character data in game should be safe They made a dev post about it earlier. It's just forum and lodestone specific.

Okay, I was going to kill all of this, switch to WOW, or give ESO another chance.
I like playing The Bert-Turtle and all, but I just finished everything needed for Heavensward with Shep.

hm my patch says direct 9. I can enter the data center that has malboro, but I can't enter on my main data center with balmung server

I know. I got two error prior to have error 2002, but I was able to back in. Now it's been 4 hours since I have been trying to log in (giving some breaks); the closest I get is queue 1 and then I get the error 2002 once again.
