Demanding anything is the best way to piss people off, especially when you demand something from a stranger with nothing in return... Bad idea and kinda jerk move. Yep.

In your specific case it seems that the main issue is with the form rather then the proof of your sex tho.

For example if I came to you and requested the voice chat thing, because my previous eb was a guy pretending to be a girl (my actual eb was bugging me all the time how much she wanted to prove her sex - and I certainly enjoyed the proof :3) which as the result leaves me insecure about said topic, I doubt you would have easy time refusing such request.

If we have been you know kind of enjoying each other sometimes like uhmm a week or two sort of ..I probably wouldnt have a problem...

The form is all, the manner is all, come to me like an arrogant bully and I will slap you back in no time...or with inuendos in continuation I will get annoyed extremely fast...come to me after a a week or two which means you have interest which then makes sense..probably I would, then again if you have been making suggestion for days that you are needy and what not (yep it happened long ago)...probably not...

That sounds too much serious in my opinion and it can lead to people dealing with things way too fast. To be entirely honest, I have certain doubts about the services this thread provides... I don't want to be sceptical, yet it seems slightly forced and unnatural.

In the best case scenario you are going to eternal bond with a person you like over longer period of time, here it is setting the eternal bond pressure right from the start which can mess up people's minds.

Personally I would approach the eternal bond like this:

1. You befriend a girl/boy/chocobo :P
2. Then if you like them, you might try to flirt with them to see if there is a positive response (and then it usually escalates *cough, cough*)
3. And if the response is there you can eventually suggest the eternal bond thing

Yep, the thread might be slightly rushing the whole thing and creating unnecessary expectations.

the thread is good as is...then it comes down to people and how they deal with each other. Some use alot the anonimity of the internet to be total jerks, others are serious with the wrong person, not serious but with the right person and some, often actually more often then it is actually believed, find that one on-line and rarely it happens offline.

Whatever suits people....EB is just a word the use is up to people...

You can always build an alt and move to the server of the one you have interest into and see if he really suits you in the *real* setting...if not you move along if yes..potentially...well then bring over your main...being always honest about it of course ....this removes the pressure of you being there for the EB and in answer of an add at least at the begining.. nothing like a growing Relationship as opposed to a forced one..in this I agree with you totally

Especially after we spoke a few times on discord. From calling me beautiful or having to hug/see me before they or I log out. It may seem harmless but I know they are not calling their male friends handsome or asking for a hug before they log out.

You better run before its too late. Honestly I Just think guys do this, because they play games and its easier to approach girls, but does it mean they should? Nope. They expect more than Just friends. The fact people have even the balls to do so, makes it worse lol.

From calling me beautiful or having to hug/see me before they or I log out. It may seem harmless but I know they are not calling their male friends handsome or asking for a hug before they log out.

If the guy makes you uncomfortable you have to be blunt about it. The worst thing you can do is tolerating his behavior, because then it seems like you are fine with it - he might even think that you like it.

I wouldn't call it ranting. The purpose of the thread is to help people find partners and the "ranting" has informative value about how to approach or not said task.

How? I know its very offtopic, but keep in mind, I would say 8/10 females feels like they owe some random guy from this thread or in general in the game, simply because the guy expect more outcome of their friendship, something like a relationship. Things like that doesn't happen over night, then you need the high level maturity to actually make it work.How many guys (sadly) approach girls are just not showing how mature they are, but annoying. Like some people already mentioned, if they want something from the girl, they get denied then they just leaves. Should it be like this? If you want a GF so badly go find one nearby you, they owe no guys anything in this game. I know this post came out as a whiteknight but I just find it patethic really.

Yah, now I will stop about this topic and go back to the main reason why this thread is up.
