It took me almost 3 months to find Una. It's not always quick. Patience is key. Well that and not forcing it.

Yeah it took me a long time to find Aria, but believe me, the wait was worth it.

As someone who not only met their future EB partner but also almost all of their in game friends through this thread I say it's pretty successful. It DID take me transferring servers though and that seems to be a common theme. Most of the success stories that came about through this thread involve one of the partners moving to the other partners server.
