...huh. Not too often that we get a dev post down in the healer forums, though it's good to know you're keeping on top of things that might be bugs.
Grekumah (or other CMs), is it possible you could share which part of the behavior is unintended? So we can prepare to adjust when it's fixed.
While you're at it. Could you ask the dev team why is it so hard to program a stance for the fairy that tells it to not do anything unless told to?![]()
Might be due to the same reason others can't see when we have Obey/Sic on the fairy; the dev team doesn't want people being discriminated for using either stance. Although your idea is great, if it was implemented and our fairy was to auto heal when it shouldn't (auto heal the MT during a large pull on a speed run), then other party members would be aware as to which stance we have chosen. Subsequently, that could lead to unnecessary bickering and disagreements in personal play styles, which is my only guess as to why this hasn't been implemented.
Not that I entirely disagree, but it's pretty obvious already if Eos is on sic and blowing all her cooldowns on, well, on CD. I'd still support a third stance or whatever to let us have complete control; no more info would be given away than already is.Might be due to the same reason others can't see when we have Obey/Sic on the fairy; the dev team doesn't want people being discriminated for using either stance. Does this mean that the queuing is possibly a bug? or the interrupting of spells to auto-Embrace? Or both?
The development team is currently looking into an issue where the fairies continue to use Embrace, regardless of manually cancelling the action.
Could you please submit a new bug report that adheres to the bug format? The team is interested to hear more information and the additional information in the bug format will help them a lot.
(Here is a link to the bug reporting format.)
We'll let you know when we learn more.

Is the team so helpless they can't test it? It's really easy and has existed forever. The development team is currently looking into an issue where the fairies continue to use Embrace, regardless of manually cancelling the action.

One would hope not, but that's not really the issue here, random posts on a public forum make for horrible documentation. In a development project this large, proper documentation is the difference between something getting noticed and done in 10 minutes and something getting lost in the shuffle and never getting done.
Not sure if the reason for resubmitting is to document steps taken to test more thoroughly or to gather all the random ISP info and serial numbers I was hoping wouldn't be necessary. When I resubmit, I'll try to be more thorough on both fronts. One would hope not, but that's not really the issue here, random posts on a public forum make for horrible documentation.
