6. This was the most missed problem, largely in part due to how vague the instructions were so I'll explain my thought process behind this one.

First off, the only clue was "The first of many mistakes." If you go down the list, you can find a mistake in every single line. Most people gave me the first line as their answer, focusing on the "first" and not the "many." If you explore a little further to see why I might have made 11 of these ...

Below is a list of the mistakes on the left and a list of the correct names on the right.

Order of Rhalgr <--> Fists of Rhalgr (from MNK story)
Detective Briardien <--> Inspector Briardien (from Hildibrand questline)
The Floating City of Belah'dia <--> The Floating City of Nym (Landmark)
Operation Louisoix <--> Operation Archon (from main story)
Sheep of Dalamud <--> Lambs of Dalamud (from main story)
Senna's Gift <--> Senna's Pride (Landmark)
Blue Labyrinth <--> Red Labyrinth (Landmark)
Royal Syndicate Sunway <--> Royal Allagan Sunway (Landmark)
Brown Serpent Gate <--> Yellow Serpent Gate (Landmark)
Tonberry's Grudge <--> Everyone's Grudge (Tonberry ability)
Fury of Halone <--> Rage of Halone (PLD ability)

If you look at the first letter of the mistakes, there is nothing discernible, but if you look at the corrections, the first letter of each line spells out "Final Prayer."

The intended answer is Final Prayer, a location in Eastern Thanalan.
