The relic quest time gates behind RNG? Who came up with this revolutionary idea?

RNG will be part of this quest, don't see why this shocks anyone. I would much rather have this then atma or even Nexus. Nexus is flat out painful, hell you can't even switch up classes to make it feel less grindy.
