    Reservations are always a full week ahead of time. So reservations today are for 19 to 25 December. Next week (19th), from 26 Dec. to 1 January. So to arrange something for 2 January, you'd book starting on 26 December.

    i know, they should have a system that u can DIRECTLY cancel your appointment so that spot could go freely to those who would have wanted it, that way maybe those with the platinum bands still could have the 1 hour appointment-time to use in another friday which suits better
