Eternal Bond: what time of schedule? Local or Server time?

I really don't understand: in the blank there is the time. My server time is GMT and my local time is GMT+1, but in the blank there isn't the time zone.
Is it local time or server time?

I have literally been trying to find out the answer to this for an hour. Nothing on the site gives a ceremony time zone or in the in game reservation system.

I suppose it's my time because in-game there was the time for start scheduling in local time. Hope someone in these days will confirm that supposition, cause it wouldn't be nice if me and my husband or our friends can't be at the cerimony -.-
    Devs please say something!

When doing the reservation our times were different by 1 hour as is the time difference between us, suggesting that it is local time.
